Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us through the contact form with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Because these are research materials, returns of products that have been opened or have left our control may be limited. The terms that apply are confirmed in our reply to your request.
